Store is responsible for the products sold here, order fulfillment, returns, and approved refunds.
1. Merchant responsibility
The merchant is responsible for product quality, listing accuracy, fulfillment timing, and approving or declining return requests.
- Product quality and authenticity.
- Accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Timely delivery and fulfillment.
- Handling return and refund requests.
2. General return framework
- Return requests should usually be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for every return request.
3. Non-returnable items
- Digital products, downloads, and software licenses.
- Hygiene-sensitive personal care items.
- Perishable goods.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
4. Refund processing
Once a return is approved, refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and can take 5 to 10 business days.
