1. Orders

Orders are accepted when payment is successfully authorized and the merchant confirms availability. The merchant may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

2. Pricing and availability

Product prices, discounts, and availability can change without notice. Shipping fees, taxes, or duties may be added during checkout depending on the delivery location.

3. Customer obligations

  • Provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.
  • Use the site only for lawful purchases and account activity.
  • Review product details before placing an order.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to the merchant's posted refund policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Liability

The merchant is responsible for product listings, fulfillment, and order support. Platform tooling may facilitate the transaction but does not replace merchant responsibility for goods sold through the shop.
